CPA
The Self-Assessment Committee (CPA) It is an internal committee responsible for the planning, organization, and coordination of the Institutional Self-Assessment system of... ESEG College, from the Etapa Group. It was established in accordance with the National System for the Evaluation of Higher Education (Sinaes), instituted by Law No. 10,861, of April 14, 2004.
The CPA (Commission for Institutional Self-Assessment) is composed of representatives from the Faculty (Professors), Student Body (Students), Technical-Administrative Staff (Collaborators), and Organized Civil Society. Its purposes are based on the constant pursuit of improving the quality of higher education offered by ESEG, using the processes of Self-Assessment and Institutional Assessment as guiding principles for reflection, actions, and transformations necessary for the institution's development. To this end, the CPA must:
To perform their duties, the CPA members meet regularly to discuss the ten dimensions foreseen by Sinaes in internal and external evaluations, and to produce reports that generate proposals for improving the Institution and that will serve as input for the ESEG's goals plan.
Thus, the CPA contributes to the improvement and enhancement of the quality of higher education offered by ESEG.

The role of the CPA (Commission for Institutional Evaluation) is to constantly seek to improve the quality of higher education offered by Faculdade ESEG, part of the Etapa Group, using the processes of Self-Assessment (through surveys with students, teachers, and staff) and Institutional Evaluation (conducted by the MEC - Ministry of Education) as guiding principles for reflection, actions, and transformations necessary for the institution's development.
Students, teachers, and staff can use the CPA ballot box as a communication channel. In addition to this option, everyone can contact the CPA via email. cpa@eseg.edu.br.
The CPA of ESEG was established in accordance with the National System for the Evaluation of Higher Education, Sinaes, whose legal basis can be found on the INEP Portal.

The National Student Performance Examination (Enade) is one of the instruments of the National Higher Education Evaluation System (Sinaes). Its purpose is to monitor the learning process and academic performance of students in relation to the programmatic content foreseen in the curricular guidelines.
Currently, the exam is administered to graduating students in courses related to areas defined by the Ministry of Education, and which are periodically evaluated by Enade.
