O curso de Direito da ESEG tem duração de 10 semestres (5 anos) e é oferecido nos períodos diurno e noturno, no campus Ana Rosa/Paraíso, em São Paulo. A grade inclui quatro módulos de Prática Jurídica e dois semestres de orientação para o Trabalho de Graduação.
Sim. O curso de Direito da Faculdade ESEG é autorizado pelo MEC, conforme a Portaria nº 155, de 29 de março de 2019. O ato autorizativo permite a oferta e o funcionamento da graduação de acordo com as normas estabelecidas pelo Ministério da Educação.
Sim. A formação inclui quatro módulos de Prática Jurídica, cursados do sétimo ao décimo semestre. A ESEG também conta com um Núcleo de Práticas Jurídicas, no qual os alunos participam de vivências e atendimentos supervisionados que contribuem para o desenvolvimento das competências necessárias à atuação profissional.
Sim. Para quem deseja exercer a advocacia no Brasil, é necessário concluir a graduação em Direito e ser aprovado no Exame da OAB. Na Faculdade ESEG, os resultados são favoráveis, já que 100% dos estudantes que realizaram o Exame da Ordem foram aprovados. O bacharel em Direito também pode seguir outras possibilidades profissionais que não exigem inscrição na Ordem, além de prestar concursos para carreiras públicas, conforme os requisitos estabelecidos para cada cargo.
