Recognizing that the student journey is full of challenges and special moments, ESEG College proposes an in-depth approach that promotes empathetic and humanized service in every interaction.
ESEG understands that every question, concern, or achievement shared by the student is an integral part of their academic journey. Therefore, the Student Relations Center is ready to listen, understand individual needs, and provide personalized guidance.
The CRA is available to assist each student with issues such as:

Graduations and diplomas
The graduation ceremony is an event that marks the completion of undergraduate studies. Students who have fulfilled all academic responsibilities determined by the Faculty are eligible to participate. During the event, students take the professional oath, are honored, and sign the graduation certificate.
After graduation, there is no need to make a formal request for the issuance of the diploma. Once the student fulfills all the legal requirements for course completion, ESEG College proceeds with the document issuance process.
In compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education (MEC) and as stipulated in the legislation (MEC Ordinance No. 1,095/2018 and MEC Ordinance No. 554/2019), starting January 1, 2022, all undergraduate diplomas in Brazil will be available in digital format. This makes exclusive access to the document in digital format much more practical and efficient.
After the diploma is registered, the student is notified via the email address registered in the Faculty's academic system, with the necessary access instructions.
