The Institutional Evaluation 2024 – 1st semester will be administered in April.

From April 1st to 28th, the Institutional Evaluation for the first semester of 2024 will be conducted by the CPA – Self-Assessment Committee. Students, faculty, and staff will have the opportunity to respond to the survey and contribute to improvements at ESEG – Faculdade do Grupo Etapa – in the areas of administrative services and infrastructure.

Each respondent will receive the survey link via the email address registered with the institution (check your inbox and spam folder). Students can also access the survey through the Student Portal.

The questionnaires allow for a complete evaluation of the Faculty and contribute to building an ever-better institution, valuing the opinion of the entire academic community.

The results of the research conducted by the CPA are evaluated and improvements are implemented. Practical examples of this can be seen at the Faculty, such as:

• Library: a new structure exclusively for ESEG students, which facilitates access to the collection and the borrowing of books;
• New social and dining area: a space located on the ground floor, with microwave ovens, accessible tables and a vending machine for snacks, teas, juices and soft drinks;
• Study room: a large space with a whiteboard, for group or individual study to improve in each subject;
• Bicycle parking: located next to the main entrance on Rua Vergueiro;
• Lockers: secure, keyed spaces available for student rental;
• Extracurricular courses: leveling programs in Mathematics and Portuguese exclusively for students.

Are you familiar with CPA?

Professor Renato Semmler, head of the Commission, explains that the CPA aims to promote and coordinate internal evaluations at the Faculty, with the goal of understanding the needs of the academic community and promoting improvements that contribute to a rich experience for students, faculty, and staff.

Also responsible for monitoring external evaluations, such as the ENADE (National Student Performance Examination), the commission is made up of different members of the academic community, namely: Renato Semmler, coordinator of the CPA; Leonardo Macarrão, member of the teaching staff; Jaime Croppo, member of the technical-administrative staff; Marcos Yamakawa, member of Organized Civil Society; and Rhian Amaral, member of the student body.

Second phase of the research: Teacher Evaluation

The second phase of the research is aimed exclusively at students and will take place from May 2nd to 26th. In this stage, students will be able to evaluate the Faculty's teaching staff.
