ESEG will hold free webinars for success in the job market.

From November 30th to December 4th, the "Journey to a Successful Career" will take place, offered by ESEG – a college of the Etapa Group. Due to the pandemic, the institution opted for an online event, giving high school students and prospective ESEG students the opportunity to visit the Ana Rosa and Paraíso campuses and participate in a day of activities on the college premises.

In total, there will be six free webinars taught by ESEG professors. PhDs, masters, and specialists will discuss topics related to the job market for those about to begin their academic journey. The topics include:

• Professional skills
• Creativity and innovation
• Logistics
• Sustainability
• Entrepreneurship
• Artificial intelligence

The series begins on November 30th (Monday) at 6 PM, with professors Fernando Umezu and Pablo Ganassim discussing "Challenges and skills for professionals in the next decade." The next stop is Professor Fernando Jardim on December 1st at 6 PM, on "Creativity and Innovation: The new will never be normal again.".

On December 2nd, at 5 PM, the topic is "The use of technology, programming, and artificial intelligence in the pursuit of logistical efficiency" with Professor João Ferreira Netto. On the same day, at 6 PM, Professor Carlos Cerqueira will present "Sustainability and the challenges of the 21st century.".

On Thursday, December 3rd, Professor Leila Canegusuco will present on the topic "How to undertake innovative entrepreneurship" at 6 PM. And for the final stop of the Journey, learn about "Artificial intelligence in everyday decisions" with Professor Rodrigo Aquino, on December 4th at 6 PM.
