Simula ESEG – Private Careers takes place on May 3rd and 4th in the Main Hall.

On May 3rd and 4th, 2023, the Career Development Center (CDC) will hold the ESEG Simulation – Private Careers workshop. The workshop will include simulated job interviews, resume writing, the correct use of LinkedIn and social media, as well as ways to stand out in selection processes and the opportunity to learn about possible career paths in the chosen field within private companies. Student participation will also earn a certificate of continuing education hours.

To make the immersion even more realistic, the event will feature the presence of Stefanini, a Brazilian multinational company present in 41 countries with over 30,000 employees and among the 100 largest IT companies in the world. The company's focus is on finding ideal solutions for business challenges and driving the innovation necessary to ensure that companies thrive in the digital age.

During the workshop, students will participate in a simulated group selection process. The evaluation results will be presented later, based on individual feedback sessions scheduled by the CDC, and those who stand out will be invited to participate in the company's official selection process, according to available positions.
