Masterclass in Business Partner brings together professionals and reinforces the strategic role of HR.

Last Saturday, July 19th, ESEG College, part of the Etapa Group, held another edition of its Masterclass in Business Partner, aimed at Human Resources professionals seeking to strengthen their strategic market positioning. The 8-hour in-person course was led by Professor Fernando Battestin, a specialist in People Management with a solid background in HR and experience as a Business Partner.

During the Masterclass, participants deepened their knowledge on essential topics for the practice of Business Partnering, such as the evolution of HR, the professional's consultative role with leadership, and the current challenges facing the area in light of the transformation of Human Resources departments in companies.

“Despite being an old concept, the BP model has only gained traction in the last five years. Many companies are changing their HR departments, but the internal client still lacks complete clarity about the role of the Business Partner. Therefore, I emphasize the importance of the MBA in Business Partner at ESEG, starting in August, as a unique opportunity for growth and consolidation in the field,” highlighted Professor Fernando Battestin.
