Masterclass in Business Partner brings together professionals and highlights the strategic future of HR.

On June 24th and 25th, ESEG College, part of the Etapa Group, held another edition of... Masterclass in Business Partner, bringing together professionals from various companies and sectors interested in deepening their knowledge and expanding their strategic performance in the area of Human Resources.

Aimed at those who wish to excel in the job market, the Masterclass provided a practical and up-to-date immersion into the role of the Business Partner (BP) in organizations, with content ranging from the historical evolution of the area to the challenges and trends of the profession's future. Among the topics covered, participants were able to reflect on the BP's positioning in relation to leadership, the differentiation between the technical role of HR and strategic performance, as well as communication practices and delivering real value to the business.

The classes were led by Professor Fernando Battestin, a specialist in People Management with extensive experience as a Business Partner. According to him, the Masterclass aimed to "show in a simple and objective way what the role of the BP in HR is today, since this function has been growing in the last five years. In class, we talked about everything that's coming up in Human Resources. In addition, we summarized the new posture of the personnel department and how HR should strategically position itself within the business.".

The experience was also very well received by the participants. Camila Andressa de Barros, from M3 Tecnologia, highlighted the relevance of the content: “The Masterclass was very important and up-to-date. It was clear that the area is constantly changing and is fundamental to companies' strategies.”.

For Marcela Buttazzi, an HR consultant with over 20 years of experience, the event was an opportunity for renewal: “The theme is very interesting. When I saw the Masterclass, I became very interested because it brings new directions to HR and the innovation we need. Understanding the three pillars—technology, new generations, and artificial intelligence—are important topics to bring to our work and start a new semester with innovation.”.

At the end of the training, all participants received exclusive certification, reinforcing ESEG's commitment to the continuous and practical development of professionals in the field.

Given the success of the edition, ESEG College has already announced a New cohort of the Masterclass in Business Partner, The course will be held on Saturday, July 19th, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is an in-person course with 8 hours of instruction and a certificate of participation.
