On Saturday, August 23rd, ESEG College, part of the Etapa Group, celebrated the graduation of the Administration and Production Engineering classes from the first semester of 2025. The event brought together students, family members, guests, and professors in a ceremony held in Auditorium J3, on the Ana Rosa Campus.

The celebration began with the reception of the graduates, who received their gowns and were able to capture the moment with official photos alongside family and friends. Thiago Barran Magalhães, a Production Engineering graduate, shared his experience at ESEG. “The routine was intense, with exams, assignments, and presentations, but it taught me to develop study habits that I also carry into my personal life, work, and even free time. This discipline instilled in me a drive to always move forward, and that is one of the greatest lessons I will carry with me,” stated the now-graduate.

Amidst photos, conversations, and hugs, the students overflowed with feelings of joy, anticipation, and a sense of accomplishment, as reported by Isabelle Araújo Reis, a Production Engineering graduate. “I started my degree a long time ago and needed to take a break, but I managed to return and today I am completing this cycle. From ESEG, I take away good memories, friendships, and, above all, all the learning that transformed me as a person. The professors played a fundamental role in this process, helping in my personal and professional growth,” she emphasized.

The official ceremony was attended by the coordinator of Educational Projects, Luiz Alberto Neves Filho; the class's patron, Melissa Schleich; the honored professor of Administration, Fernando Pablos; the patron of Production Engineering, Leonardo Macarrão; the honored professor of Production Engineering, Edgard Rodrigues; and the honored employee of the academic secretariat, Jaime Croppo.

After the graduates entered and the National Anthem was played, the professors highlighted the importance of the moment in their speeches. Following this, the student speakers took to the stage and shared emotional words about their years at ESEG. There was also time for tributes and awards to individuals who had made a significant impact on the students' journey.

The coordinator of the Production Engineering and Computer Engineering courses, Fernando Kakugawa, expressed his feelings upon participating in yet another graduation ceremony. “It’s a feeling of accomplishment. Life is made up of stages, and this is one of them. It’s necessary to celebrate what is ending and to start planning what is to come,” he stated.

At the end of the event, after the tributes and awards, the graduates gathered in front of the stage for the traditional presentation of roses to their families, as a sign of gratitude for their support throughout their academic journey. It was also the moment for the professional oath and the awarding of certificates. And finally, in one of the most anticipated moments, the students threw their caps into the air, symbolizing the closing of a cycle.

The coordinator of the Administration and Economics courses, Professor José Guilherme, also celebrated the achievement of the classes. “This moment always brings immense happiness. These are students with whom we have worked for years, and it has been gratifying to follow their development, taking advantage of everything the college offers. Each of them has great talent and a bright future ahead,” he emphasized.

In addition to the tributes, awards were given to students who excelled throughout their undergraduate studies:
