Experience ESEG, focusing on the Business area, takes place on April 5th.

With the aim of bringing young people closer to the professional world and helping them define their career choices, ESEG College, part of the Etapa Group, will hold the 3rd edition of Experience ESEG – Business on April 5th.

The immersive workshop, themed "Business Games – Simulation of Business Disputes," will provide participants with a comprehensive overview of business management.

During the event, students will be involved in activities related to various areas, such as Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and others. Each round will present challenges and variables, such as indicators, reports, and news, allowing participants to make decisions based on a highly competitive and dynamic environment. 

This is a unique opportunity for young people to experience, in practice, the decision-making process in the business world.

The event is exclusively for 3rd-year high school students from Colégio Etapa, and spaces are limited.

8:00 AM to 8:30 AM: Accreditation

8:30 AM to 9:00 AM: Welcome Coffee

9am to 12pm: First round of meetings (decision-making, results analysis, and meetings with the board)

12:00 PM to 1:30 PM: Lunch

1:30 PM to 5:00 PM: Second round of meetings (decision-making, results analysis, and meetings with the board)

6 PM to 7 PM: Awards ceremony and closing.
