ESEG College, a higher education institution of the Etapa Group, announces the opening of the 2026 classes for two new lato sensu postgraduate programs: MBA in Business Management and the MBA in Strategic HR, Data and People Analytics. Developed to meet the new demands of the market, the courses combine strategic vision, technology, Artificial Intelligence, data analysis and practical application, preparing professionals to lead organizations in an increasingly dynamic and innovation-driven business environment.

With a workload of 533 hours, a duration of 18 months, and a blended learning (hybrid) format, both programs are structured to develop technical and managerial skills aligned with the challenges of digital transformation, data-driven decision making, and value creation for organizations. In addition to executive training, students develop an Applied Project focused on solving real-world challenges faced by companies.

MBA in Business Management: a strategy for leading organizations in transformation.

The MBA in Business Management is designed to train professionals capable of acting strategically in different areas of organizations, integrating management, innovation, technology, and business acumen.

Throughout the program, participants deepen their knowledge in entrepreneurship, new business development, strategic marketing, business planning, finance, operations, omnichannel experience, and change management. The program also incorporates disciplines focused on digital transformation, data science, and practical applications of artificial intelligence, including generative AI applied to business.

The curriculum structure brings together content on strategic people management, People Analytics, Artificial Intelligence applied to HR, digital transformation, leadership, organizational culture, employee experience, corporate education, and new ways of working, providing an integrated vision between people, technology, and results.
