ESEG's High-Performance Leadership Course prepares professionals to transform results.

ESEG College, part of the Etapa Group, is launching the High-Performance Leadership extension course, starting in September 2025. Designed for professionals already working in strategic positions, the program offers a practical immersion in the main tools and skills required for contemporary leadership.

This course is designed for senior analysts, coordinators, technical consultants, account managers, supervisors, and other professionals with at least two years of experience in leadership positions. The aim is to strengthen the skills needed to lead with greater impact, engage teams, and generate consistent results through strategy and analysis. 

Among the main benefits are practical mentoring with experienced professors, a free DISC report for behavioral profile analysis, and networking with professionals from different areas and sectors. Furthermore, a personalized leadership project will be developed in the classroom, with individual mentoring support. The goal is to apply the learning to each student's professional reality, providing support in the most strategic decisions.

•Strategies for influencing, motivating, and engaging teams;
•Techniques for making safe decisions and managing conflicts;
•Assertive communication applied to leadership;
•How to apply behavioral assessment tools in real-world contexts.

Participants will have access to recognized self-awareness and management tools such as DISC, MBTI, 16Personalities, and CliftonStrengths. 

Classes are held in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:10 PM to 10:40 PM at the ESEG Paraíso campus, and the course offers exclusive certification from one of the largest educational groups in the country.

The course is taught by two leading professionals in the market:

Cristiane CoelhoExecutive with over 20 years of experience leading teams in the areas of Sales, Marketing, and Market Intelligence. She is the president of a Canadian multinational pharmaceutical company and holds a degree in Chemistry, an MBA from Insper, and an AMP from IESE.

Edgard Rodrigues: Production Engineer (POLI/USP) with a solid career in companies such as Unilever, P&G, and Maersk. He was HR director for Latin America, consultant, professor, and award-winning manager.
