ESEG holds end-of-semester meeting with coordinators and professors.

On December 18th, the ESEG College, The Etapa Group held its end-of-semester meeting, a strategic gathering that brought together course coordinators and faculty to evaluate results, discuss academic improvements, and align institutional processes.

The participation of the entire academic body was fundamental to broadening the dialogue and ensuring everyone was aligned with the new developments, guidelines, and projects planned for the coming years.

The opening of the meeting featured a speech by Vice-President of the ESEG Faculty, Vitor Passoni, which highlighted the promising outlook for 2026, focusing on new partnerships, innovative projects, and other initiatives built throughout 2025.

According to Passoni, this continuous planning reinforces the institution's potential and its commitment to the future of education. "There are many actions we will develop next year, the result of everything that has been built throughout 2025. I am certain that this will make a difference for everyone who is part of this movement," he stated.

During the meeting, it became clear how all the topics brought up for discussion and All decisions made are intended to offer students higher quality, more opportunities, and a solid education. 

Passoni also highlighted that institutional partnerships bring benefits not only students, but also teachers., contributing to the enrichment of the curriculum, career, and academic training of the faculty.

The meeting continued with the participation of the academic coordinators, who presented analyses of what worked well and what can be improved over the next semester, as well as a projection of the actions planned for the coming year.

The coordinators further emphasized that ESEG is an open, dynamic institution receptive to new ideas. Therefore, professors have complete freedom to contribute suggestions, offer opinions on the curriculum, and indicate the need for inclusion or adjustments to subjects, enabling continuous improvements in courses and constant alignment with the modern market.
