Graduation is a fundamental step in the beginning of building a career. Bringing students into contact with the job market bridges the gap between academia and the professional field.
Therefore, the ESEG College, from the Etapa Group, carries out throughout the year the Lecture Series For students of all courses and shifts. The idea is to offer a direct connection with professionals from various fields, allowing ESEG students to broaden their perspective on relevant topics in the areas of Technology and Business for their academic training and future professional careers.
Each edition offers a new opportunity to learn from market leaders, who will discuss trends, challenges, and opportunities in the corporate world.
This March, the Faculty is offering students the opportunity to have direct contact with two renowned market experts who will share their experiences and knowledge:
Carrari will explore how streaming platforms have transformed digital audio consumption, connecting artists, content creators, and advertisers. The speaker will also address the growth of podcasts and new advertising opportunities in the digital world. Get ready to understand the perspectives and innovations shaping the future of the audio market.
Guillen will provide a detailed analysis of the factors impacting the Brazilian economy. He will discuss the recent trajectory of economic indicators such as GDP growth, interest rates, exchange rates, and the labor market, as well as examine the influences of global trends. This lecture will be an excellent opportunity to gain a strategic perspective on the country's economic landscape.
The lectures take place at the Ana Rosa Campus, Auditorium B2 (Rua Dr. Nicolau de Sousa Queirós, 330). For evening students, the in-person activities count as regular classes, and attendance is recorded. For morning students, it counts as supplementary hours, and attendance is optional.
The lecture on March 31st, with Diogo Guillen, will also feature... live stream Open to the public.
