Simula ESEG prepares students to seize opportunities in the job market.

The Career Development Center (CDC) of the ESEG Faculty will be holding events on the following days: September 22nd and 23rd, From 5 PM to 7 PM, another edition of Simulate ESEG, an initiative that prepares students for the challenges of the job market.

With the theme "How to charm recruiters," the workshop will cover everything from building an attractive resume to interview strategies, using LinkedIn, and developing interpersonal skills that make a difference in selection processes.

The program combines inspiring lectures and hands-on activities, bringing together experts from the Human Resources sector and representatives from partner companies.

On the first day, Simone Bortoletto will lead the lecture "Your career starts here: how to charm recruiters," offering tips on posture, communication, prior preparation, and networking strategies.

On the second day, practical application takes center stage with a session led by Gabriela Agostino de Lima, head of the internship program at Prometeon Tyre Group, which will focus on skills valued in recruitment, such as collaboration, creative thinking, time management, and adaptability to change.
