ESEG will hold a trial class for freshmen on February 3rd.

On February 3rd, ESEG – Faculdade do Grupo Etapa will hold a trial class with various themes and activities related to its undergraduate courses: Administration, Law, Economics, Computer Engineering, and Production Engineering.

The event is free, in-person, and open to the public. For freshmen entering in the first semester of 2024.

On this occasion, participants will learn a little about each profession, and will also be able to talk to ESEG professors and coordinators to clarify any doubts.

Management – Leadership theories, experiments related to leadership types, with mini case studies for discussion (in groups).

Law – Domestic Violence: Introductory Concepts.

Economics – Economic and Organizational History: Why are some countries more developed than others?

Computer Engineering – Fundamentals of Computing: Understanding the Universe of Code.

Production Engineering – Fast Delivery Workshop.

10:40 AM to 11:00 AM – Coffee Break

11:10 AM to 12:50 PM

Management – Leadership styles (Daniel Goleman) and the performance results stemming from these styles, with the construction of an ideal leader (in a group).

Law – Domestic Violence: continuation and activities.

Economy – The role of agriculture in Brazilian development.

Computer Engineering – Unveiling Algorithms: The Art of Problem Solving.

Production Engineering – Aspects of quality in services; Mapping the customer experience; User journey and process optimization.
