Simula ESEG takes place on May 19th and 20th, focusing on preparing students for the job market.

The Career Development Center (CDC) of Faculdade ESEG will hold the Simula ESEG event – How to impress recruiters – on May 19th and 20th, from 5 pm to 7 pm.

The initiative prepares students for the challenges of the job market and will cover everything from building an attractive resume to interview strategies, using LinkedIn, and developing interpersonal skills that make a difference in selection processes.

On the first day, Simone Bortoletto will lead the lecture “Your career starts here: how to impress recruiters”...providing tips on posture, communication, prior preparation, and strategies for networking.

On the second day, practical application takes center stage with a simulation of the selection process, allowing students to put into practice and utilize the tools they learned on the first day, demonstrating their skills and standing out in the process.

Simula ESEG is an opportunity for students to broaden their perspective on employability, build strategic connections, and prepare more effectively for entering the job market.

Participation is open to students of ESEG College, from all courses and semesters, upon prior registration.
