ESEG – Faculdade do Grupo Etapa is holding an event this Wednesday, June 21, to the 7pm, a live Innovation in action: Uncover the secrets of creative processes.. In this free live class, Open to all audiences, this workshop will offer the opportunity to learn techniques for creating stimuli and environments conducive to creativity, as well as understand the creative processes related to innovation. 

Soft skills are behavioral or social skills that allow each individual to relate better in a professional setting. And, currently, creativity is considered one of the most important.

During this live session, learn how this skill can be acquired, even if you don't yet possess it.

On this occasion, topics such as the following will be discussed: creativity is not only useful for artists; real-life cases demonstrating the importance of creativity as a competitive advantage; how the creative process can be important for companies and employees; the phases of creativity and much more.
