Between May 13th and 15th, students from ESEG College participated in the first edition of São Paulo Innovation Week 2026, one of the biggest festivals of innovation, technology and entrepreneurship in the country.
The event brought together science, culture, education, artificial intelligence, social impact, and business in an intense program focused on the transformations of the future.
Promoted by Estadão, the festival took place at the Mercado Livre Arena and featured more than 2,000 speakers, 30 conferences, 15 thematic tracks, as well as workshops, mentoring sessions, exhibitions, and networking opportunities with startups and large companies.
SPIW 2026 fostered encounters between global leaders, startups, thinkers, and representatives of the public sector, creating an environment for exchanging experiences and debating innovation, technology, and social transformation.
For the students of ESEG, the event was a unique opportunity to see the transformations that are already impacting their future professions.
For the student of Law course, Eduardo Pedrozo Abramovici, the invitation from ESEG to participate in an event like this demonstrates the institution's commitment to an education that goes beyond the classroom.
“Participating in São Paulo Innovation Week greatly enhanced my legal education, encouraging critical thinking and connecting students with the market and current issues. The event also highlighted the importance of legal professionals being prepared to deal with constant changes and contemporary challenges,” he emphasized.
Eduardo also highlighted the diversity of the program and the presence of debates related to the public sector, startups, sports, art, and sustainability.
In addition to technological discussions, topics related to human behavior and market strategies also gained prominence on the main stages.
The initiative provided ESEG students with direct contact with trends that are already impacting different sectors of society, such as artificial intelligence, urban mobility, conscious consumption, corporate innovation, and digital transformation.
The student of Economics course, Enzo Oppi Angi highlighted how discussions about emotional intelligence and marketing opened new horizons for his professional journey:
“The event provided me with unique experiences, such as studying human behavior in the face of advancing AI and the importance of emotional intelligence. Overall, it greatly contributed to my professional and personal development, as I learned a lot about human relationships in a world full of hyper-influential technologies,” he stated.
The participation of students in São Paulo Innovation Week 2026 reinforces the commitment of ESEG College to offer experiences that go beyond the classroom, bringing students closer to the main discussions in the market, technology and innovation.
By encouraging participation in events of great national importance, the institution strengthens an education connected to the transformations of the professional world and the new demands of society.
