ESEG receives delegation from Ohio State University.

With the purpose of expand its relations with international institutions and offer more and more more possibilities On June 23rd, ESEG – Faculdade do Grupo Etapa – hosted a delegation from its students at its Paraíso campus. Ohio State University. The action aimed to strengthen academic cooperation ties between both partner institutions. 

Representing ESEG were Professor Marcelo Dias, Undergraduate Coordinator; Professor João Chang, Head of Development Centers; Professor Fernando Couto, Coordinator of the Law course; and Professor Vanessa Martins, Head of ESEG International.

The Ohio University delegation consisted of Dr. Jane Aparecido, head of the University's office in Brazil; Pedro Pereira, partnerships manager; and Prof. Dr. Fabio Leite, Academic Director of Brazil Gateway and responsible for strengthening academic connections with Brazilian higher education institutions.

Professor Marcelo Dias outlined his desire to strengthen The participation of professors and students from Ohio State University in the courses and research activities offered by ESEG, as well as the sending of students from the Faculty to similar activities at the American institution, were discussed. Other topics addressed included: joint teaching programs, online activities e postdoctoral for ESEG faculty, in addition to short study missions intended for Brazilian and American students.

Professors Fernando Couto and João Chang described numerous possibilities for cooperation within ongoing projects, enabling even more... study opportunities e valuable experiences for the training of ESEG students.
