ESEG Award 2026 opens registration to recognize projects and talents in technology and business.

Registration open until September 4th. for the ESEG Award 2026 – Tech & Business Excellence, an initiative that recognizes students who excel through the practical application of technical and analytical knowledge, the development of projects, and active participation in the ESEG Tech & Business program initiatives.
The award aims to value the connection between academic training and real-world market challenges, recognizing students who transform knowledge into impactful solutions, research, projects, and experiences. The initiative also encourages student leadership and fosters closer relationships with professors, specialists, and prominent professionals.
Students regularly enrolled at ESEG College who actively participate in at least one of the ESEG Tech & Business program initiatives are eligible to participate. Registration can be done... individually or in groups of up to four members, in accordance with the rules established in the regulations.
The program brings together experiences that contribute to the development of skills in technology, innovation, management, finance, entrepreneurship, negotiation, critical thinking, and other strategic areas for the training and professional trajectory of students.
Among the initiatives that make up ESEG Tech & Business are Speedy Coders, Hackathon, Development Centers, Center for AI Studies, Embedded Systems and IoT Workshop, Junior Consulting Company, Finance League, Agribusiness League, Entrepreneurship Hub, Debate League, Negotiation, Mediation and Arbitration League, and Book Club.
The ESEG 2026 Award – Tech & Business Excellence includes four categories, created to recognize different ways of transforming knowledge into practice and demonstrating skills developed throughout undergraduate studies.
The category Technological Artifact It focuses on digital solutions, software, prototypes, and projects related to areas such as programming, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Data Science, and the Internet of Things (IoT). The aim is to recognize students who develop technological solutions capable of addressing real societal and market challenges.
The category Process Optimization It recognizes work that applies management methodologies and analytical tools to improve processes, increase productivity, reduce waste, and generate results in organizational and business contexts.
In In-depth Studies, The focus is on intellectual production, research, critical thinking, and the ability to investigate complex topics and transform knowledge into new perspectives and contributions to the academic and professional environment.
The fourth category, Continuing Education, This category is intended for students who wish to compete with their Graduation Projects (TG). Academic work can be used for the award as long as it aligns with the criteria of the chosen category and the student meets the participation requirements of the ESEG Tech & Business program.
The first stage of the ESEG 2026 Award is for registration and validation of participant eligibility. Students have until September 4, 2026 to express their interest and register.
At this stage, it is not necessary to submit the final work or project. Students must register and, after the validation of the participation requirements, will receive instructions on the next stages of the award.
The final submission of documents, technological artifacts, reports, or intellectual productions may be carried out until October 30, 2026. This stage will be exclusive to students who have registered within the deadline and demonstrate effective participation in the initiatives integrated into ESEG Tech & Business.
The work and career paths of the participants will undergo an evaluation process that may involve professors from the ESEG Faculty, specialists in technical areas, and executives from companies and firms.
The proposal is to evaluate the projects from different perspectives, considering aspects such as academic rigor, technical quality, innovation, applicability, analytical capacity, and value to the professional environment. The composition of the evaluation panel may vary according to the nature of each category.
After submission and the technical qualification stage, the finalists will participate in a pitch presentation before a judging panel. At this time, in addition to the content developed, students will be able to demonstrate skills such as communication, argumentation, critical thinking, negotiation, and the ability to strategically defend their ideas.
The top three finishers in each of the four categories will be awarded scholarships, according to their ranking.
The first-place winner will receive a scholarship of 100% (approximately $24 USD) of the monthly tuition fee for one academic semester, while the second and third-place winners will receive scholarships of 75% and 50%, respectively, according to the conditions established in the regulations. For students in their final semester of undergraduate studies, the benefit will be converted into a scholarship for postgraduate courses at Faculdade ESEG, following the rules stipulated in the call for applications.
All award-winning students will also receive the Tech & Business Certificate of Excellence, which recognizes the development of technical and analytical skills in areas such as data analysis, finance, and negotiation. The award also aims to expand networking opportunities and strengthen the participants' position in their professional careers.
