On July 28th, ESEG College held its traditional Academic Meeting, a gathering of professors and coordinators to align academic guidelines for the academic activities of the second semester of 2026.
The meeting was marked by the presentation of institutional information, the exchange of experiences among the faculty, and a reinforcement of the institution's commitment to excellence in teaching.
The opening was conducted by Vitor Passoni, vice president of ESEG College, who spoke about the celebration of the Institution's 20th anniversary and highlighted the importance of valuing and showcasing the experiences lived at ESEG.

As part of this moment, the creation of the Teachers' Academy was also announced, expanding the range of undergraduate courses with new Bachelor's degree programs, reinforcing its commitment to training new professionals for education.
In addition to institutional updates, the meeting reinforced the importance of academic planning for the start of classes.
For the teacher Ricardo Igarashi, who teaches calculus, physics, and statistics in engineering courses, the meeting also represents an important moment of integration among the faculty.
“This meeting is very important for planning the semester, reviewing academic processes, and also for reconnecting with professors. We often share the same subject in different periods, so this contact makes all the difference in starting the semester well,” the professor highlighted.
Professor Juliana Kairalla Garcia Viotti, a lecturer at Law course at ESEG, He highlighted the institution's structure and its practice-oriented teaching approach.
According to Juliana, one of the aspects that most caught her attention was the college's care for its professors, offering prepared and equipped classrooms, as well as an environment that demonstrates appreciation for the teaching staff.
She also highlighted the difference of ESEG Tech & Business, This initiative complements practical academic training by developing essential skills for the job market, such as negotiation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
“What impresses me most about ESEG is precisely this connection between theory and practice. I see the evolution of my students and, afterwards, they come to me and say: 'Professor, I used a technique you taught in class to negotiate a situation during my internship.' For me, this shows that ESEG offers training that goes beyond the subject matter and prepares students for the challenges of the job market in real life,‘ concluded the professor.
The faculty meeting reaffirmed ESEG College's commitment to academic planning and excellence in education, kicking off another semester of learning, development, and new opportunities for students and professors.
