ESEG Tech & Business: A program that prepares students for professional challenges.

Registration is open for the ESEG Tech & Business, an extracurricular program at ESEG College that connects students to practical experiences geared towards the job market.

Recognized for promoting the development of technical and behavioral skills, the project brings together academic leagues, hackathons, research centers, and much more so that students can apply theoretical knowledge to solving real-world problems. The project's goal is to provide training that goes beyond the classroom, stimulating innovation, entrepreneurship, and networking.

This semester, the program will include two new initiativesa Agribusiness League, dedicated to resource management, decision-making, and innovation in the agricultural sector; and the Center for AI Studies, a space for critical analysis and debate about the impacts of Artificial Intelligence on business, education, and society.

In addition to the new developments, the other initiatives remain active:

* Book Club, focused on reading, debate and the development of critical thinking.
* Hackathon, in which multidisciplinary teams seek creative solutions to real-world challenges.
* Entrepreneurship Hub, an environment that supports innovative ideas with mentoring and workshops.
* Debate League, which encourages public speaking, argumentation, and strategic thinking.
* Negotiation League, Mediation and Arbitration, with practical simulations of conflict resolution.
* Finance League, which connects students to the world of finance through real-world experiences.
* Junior Consulting Company, where students work on hands-on projects with clients and companies.
* Speedy Coders, a group involved in competitive programming at the national and international level.
* Development Centers, focused on solutions in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Data Science.
