On September 24th, from 7 PM to 8:30 PM, Auditorium B2 of the Ana Rosa Campus will host the lecture. “"Leadership for the Future: How to develop your potential and inspire people"”, promoted by the Career Development Center (CDC) of the ESEG Faculty, of the Etapa Group.
The meeting will be led by Denis Lopes, a specialist in inclusive leadership, diversity, and education, who has already impacted the training of nearly 100,000 young people in vulnerable situations through the Instituto Saber Aprendizes.
The activity goes beyond theory about positions and hierarchy, proposing practical reflections on the role of the leader today. Key points include:
With extensive academic and professional experience, Lopes holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Business Administration and International Trade, MBAs in areas such as International Logistics, Organizational Psychology, and Neuroleadership, and is a specialist in Stress and Burnout Management from the University of Texas. His journey, from selling candles in his teens to becoming a renowned executive and educator, reflects the transformative power of humanitarian leadership.
The lecture counts as a regular academic activity for evening students. For morning students, participation will be valid for supplementary hours.
