Far beyond the classroom, the students of Junior Enterprise of ESEG College They are putting their consulting skills into practice alongside WallJobs, a leading recruitment and employability platform in the country. This year, they took on the challenge of contributing as true experts in supporting the construction of HR Census 2025.
The study is a national benchmark for tracking the evolution of the Human Resources field and, this year, addresses a topic of great impact.The use of Artificial Intelligence in human resource management.
The partnership with ESEG began in the first semester of 2025 and resulted in a joint effort between the Junior Enterprise students and Professor Edgard Rodrigues., The project coordinator for the institution. The group was responsible for developing a set of original questions about how AI is transforming Recruitment, Selection, Development, and Engagement processes., in addition to other strategic HR steps.
According to Professor Edgard, the students' involvement was crucial. "The experience of collaborating with WallJobs allowed students to act as consultants, applying the knowledge acquired in the classroom in practice. This experience reinforces the Junior Enterprise's purpose of connecting theory and practice in real-world market projects," the professor emphasizes.
In addition to the questionnaire development phase, students are also engaged in two fundamental stages: The mobilization of respondents, with support from students, alumni, and the institutional area of ESEG, and the data analysis, scheduled for October. The final results will be presented at an event in November 2025, bringing valuable insights for companies and HR professionals.
