ESEG hosts the Global Business Experience exchange program.

Having a university that prioritizes offering international opportunities makes all the difference for students who aspire to a global education. ESEG – Etapa Group College That's a reality.

Proof of this is the rich experience that students will have the opportunity to live during the Global Business Experience, an exchange program promoted in partnership with institutions from different countries around the world and which will be hosted by the Faculty in May 2024.

The idea behind the exchange program is to connect students from North America, South America, Europe, and Asia with the Brazilian business environment. To achieve this, multicultural teams are formed and encouraged to solve a challenge presented by a partner company.

The work will begin online between March 6th and May 12th, 2024. From May 13th to 18th, there will be an in-person phase where students will finalize the challenge within the participating companies and present their final work to professors and mentors at the ESEG facilities.

The following institutions are participating in the project: Washburn University (USA); PXL University College (Belgium); Zuyd University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands); Wuhan University of Applied Sciences (China); UMESP (Brazil) and ESEG – Faculdade do Grupo Etapa (Brazil). 

The program will offer up to 8 places for ESEG students, and those interested will go through a selection process based on academic criteria and availability to participate. The official language of the program is English, which makes fluency in the language essential.

Participants will receive a certificate from the participating universities, totaling 80 hours, and the cost of participation will consist of transportation to the companies and meals during the period.
