Between September 14th and 17th, ESEG College will hold the 4th Career Fair, an initiative of the Career Development Center (CDC) that brings together lectures, practical activities, networking, and professional opportunities for students of all courses and semesters.

The program was designed to bring students closer to the professional market and contribute to the development of skills important for different stages of their professional careers, from preparing for selection processes to building connections and making direct contact with companies.

Throughout the program, students will be able to participate in Simula ESEG – How to Delight Recruiters, of lecture about career, choices and professional trajectory, as well as the traditional Career Fair, with the participation of partner companies and institutions.

A new feature this year is the active participation of some students in the planning and promotion of the Fair, providing them with practical experience in organizing a large event, as well as the opportunity to develop planning, communication and networking skills.

Simula ESEG prepares students for selection processes.

On September 14th and 15th, from 5 PM to 7 PM, the program begins with the ESEG Simulation – How to Charm Recruiters, held in the Luca de Pacioli Room.

The activity will be divided into two parts. On the first day, Simone Bortoletto, coordinator of the Career Development Center at ESEG, will lead the lecture "Your career starts here: how to charm recruiters," with guidance on posture, communication, preparation for selection processes, and networking strategies.

On the second day, students will have the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice through a simulated selection process, developing skills and experiencing situations that may be part of a professional selection process.

The initiative addresses topics such as resume building, interviews, LinkedIn, employability, and interpersonal skills, offering students tools to prepare themselves more effectively for the job market.

On September 16th, from 10:00 AM to 11:40 AM, the program will feature a lecture by Carlos Henrique Oliveira de Assis Junior, Technical Program Manager at Google and graduate of the Production Engineering course at Faculdade ESEG.

With the theme "Real Conversations about Choices, Career, and Professional Identity," the lecture will take place in the Leonardo Da Vinci Main Hall (Paraíso Campus) and will propose a reflection on the choices that are part of a professional journey, the possible paths after graduation, and the construction of identity throughout one's career.
