The new edition of the Masterclass in Business Partnering will be virtual.

Responding to requests, the ESEG College, part of the Etapa Group, will promote a new edition of Masterclass in Business Partner, but this time with online classes. The meetings will take place in August 11th and 12th, starting at 7 PM and live.. In this way, participants will have the flexibility to attend from wherever they want. The course will have a duration of 6 hours and will include an exclusive certificate of participation.

The Masterclass focuses on professional development for those who wish to advance in the HR field. With an approach geared towards strategic vision and the acquisition of essential skills for working in the job market, the course provides a detailed overview of how to be a Business Partner within the profession.

• Historical evolution of the HR field up to the current strategic model;

• Context, trends and future of the BP profession as a business partner;

• BP's positioning with managers and leaders;

• The role of the Business Partner in the subsystems and the differentiation of the technical role of HR;

• Communicating with leadership and delivering real value to the business.

The classes will be led by experienced professor Fernando Battestin, a specialist in People Management, who has a solid track record as a Business Partner in Human Resources.
