ESEG opens registration for postgraduate courses.

In the fields of Engineering, Finance, and Business, the specializations offered by the Faculty maintain the same high standard of teaching excellence.

In addition to undergraduate courses, ESEG – Faculdade do Grupo Etapa – offers an MBA in Business Management, and postgraduate programs in Financial Management and Occupational Safety Engineering. These specializations maintain the same high standard of teaching already established by the institution and the group.

To enroll in the postgraduate program, candidates must present a diploma or certificate of completion of an undergraduate degree. In addition, the selection process includes an interview with the program coordinator. The courses will have evening classes, from 7:10 PM to 10:50 PM, and will be held in person at the Paraíso campus.

“"The current job market demands continuous education, therefore a postgraduate degree becomes imperative for those professionals who intend to continue and advance in their careers, as well as obtain more benefits (salaries and working conditions). Especially for professionals who aspire to leadership positions, doing an MBA in Management is mandatory," adds the professor.

The Postgraduate Course in Occupational Safety Engineering lasts 18 months and will take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The 24-month Postgraduate Program in Financial Management will have classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It combines the benefits of learning modern financial management tools with the opportunity to collaboratively build solutions to real-world organizational problems. In addition, the specialization includes optional international modules of 12 hours each, comprising the subjects "Topics ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance)" and "Contemporary Topics in Finance". The MBA in Business Management lasts 24 months, with classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Its purpose is to train leaders in their respective markets. The specialization has innovative characteristics, with interactive lectures with a faculty composed of PhD professors; case studies; individual and group exercises and seminars; a final project; and participation in lectures and forums.
