Professional guidance is one of ESEG's distinguishing features, which includes a Student Support Center.

To contribute to the professional future of students and connect them, increasingly, to the job market, ESEG – Faculdade do Grupo Etapa held, on Monday evening (20), the virtual lecture 'Johnson & Johnson Internship and Trainee Program'.

Professor Marcel Dallaqua introduced Simone Bortoletto da Cruz, a psychologist, educational psychologist, and coach at ESEG, who will work alongside him to provide direct support to students, including helping them find opportunities and placement in the job market.

Gabriela Lopes, a Business Administration student at ESEG and intern at Johnson & Johnson, participated in the event and spoke about the importance of promoting this type of meeting between companies and the educational institution.

Responsible for recruitment and selection processes at Johnson & Johnson, Carolina Matsumoto commented on the success of the lecture in the first semester, which had good participation from ESEG students, and decided to repeat it for the second semester's process. With the theme 'Connecting Purposes', Johnson & Johnson, for 30 years, has sought to unite the company's path with that of its employees, believing that the journey is made up of intersecting stories.

Internship opportunities in São Paulo and São José dos Campos will be announced later this week on the website. Candidates must be expected to graduate between December 2020 and December 2023, in any field, and will work in various areas such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Marketing, Public Relations, Finance, and Purchasing.

The trainee program offers positions for graduates between 2018 and 2021, with up to two years of experience in the field. Positions are available in São Paulo, São José dos Campos, and Guarulhos, and may involve roles in Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Development, among others.

Professor Marcel highlighted the importance of understanding the values of the company one intends to join, as the selection process is when the student or graduate gets to know the institution, and the institution, in turn, evaluates its future employee. The professor concluded by saying that ESEG is always collaborating in this relationship and in the selection processes of its students through the Student Support Center.
