With the aim of expanding students' knowledge about team leadership, the ESEG College promotes on the day March 25th, at 10 AM, the lecture “Leadership of High-Performance Teams”, given by Cristiane Coelho, general manager of Knight Therapeutics.
The event is aimed at students from all morning courses and will count towards the academic workload.
With over 25 years of experience in major pharmaceutical and chemical companies such as AstraZeneca, Roche, and Abbott, Cristiane has built a solid career in leadership positions, working in areas such as Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Business Intelligence. Currently, as general manager of the Canadian pharmaceutical company Knight Therapeutics, she is dedicated to creating collaborative environments, driving talent development and high-performance teams.
During the event, the executive will address the key elements of effective leadership and the challenges of developing new leaders.
Students will be able to understand this in practice:
✔ What defines a high-performing team and how does this impact organizational results?;
✔ The importance of diversity and inclusion in building engaged and productive teams;
✔ Real-world case studies and strategies used to maximize the potential of teams in large corporations.
The event aims to enhance students' leadership skills and help them understand how great leaders drive the growth of their teams.
