ESEG College holds Masterclass and launches its MBA in HR Business Partner.

The strategic role of Human Resources professionals has become increasingly relevant to the success of organizations. In this context, the career of HR Business Partner (also known as human resources business partner) emerges as a key element in connecting people management with corporate goals. 

To meet this growing demand for professionals prepared to assume this role, ESEG College, part of the Etapa Group, held a Masterclass on Business Partner: from tactical HR to strategic HR, on May 24th, led by Professor Fernando Battestin, a specialist in people management.

The meeting brought together approximately 40 participants and offered a practical and intensive immersion into the role of the Business Partner in companies. The 8-hour course addressed the transition of operational HR to a strategic role, focusing on innovation, results, and alignment with the business. The experience attracted professionals from different regions of São Paulo and demonstrated the strength of the topic in the current market. “We had a very rich exchange of experiences with a robust and experienced group. We talked a lot about the future of the HR area,” highlighted Battestin.

Invited by ESEG College to teach the class, Fernando Battestin is a specialist in People Management and has solid experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on being a Business Partner. Throughout his career, he has contributed to transforming traditional practices into business-aligned strategies, promoting the connection between people and results.
