ESEG becomes an affiliate of the National MBA Agency

The college is part of a select group of institutions associated with the Agency.

ESEG – Faculdade do Grupo Etapa has become the newest affiliate of ANAMBA – Agência Nacional de MBA. This partnership represents the college's commitment to the quality standards of the specialization courses it offers and its alignment with the projects of the Agency, a national benchmark in the evaluation of executive education in higher education.

Founded in 2004, ANAMBA is a non-profit organization responsible for establishing and disseminating quality criteria for Brazilian postgraduate courses in Administration, especially MBA programs – Master of Business Administration. The Agency defines its standards based on national and international guidelines, coordinating their implementation in executive higher education.

In the process of becoming an affiliate, the applicant institution must go through the Agency's evaluation process. “Our course passed the audit and was approved. This was based on an analysis of the criteria for faculty, teaching programs, and our facilities,” explains Professor Dr. Silvia Boarin, coordinator of postgraduate courses at ESEG.

According to Silvia, affiliation gives the institution and its students prominence in the job market. “Being affiliated places ESEG among a select group of postgraduate courses with a high level of teaching quality. When HR departments look for a professional with an MBA, the seal is a valuable asset.” ANAMBA "It offers greater credibility to the program," he points out.
