ESEG is hosting a new Masterclass in Business Partnering on June 24th and 25th.

Due to the great success of the first class, the ESEG College, part of the Etapa Group, will promote a new edition of Masterclass in Business Partner. The in-person course, with a duration of 6 hours, will this time take place over two days of the week: June 24th and 25th, from 7 PM to 10 PM.

This intensive program is designed for those who wish to enrich their training in the field of Human Resources, with a more strategic vision and the acquisition of essential skills to strengthen their professional performance.

During the Masterclass, topics that underpin and update the practice of the Business Partner will be addressed:

• Historical evolution of the HR field up to the current strategic model;

• Context, trends and future of the BP profession as a business partner;

• BP's positioning with managers and leaders;

• The role of the Business Partner in the subsystems and the differentiation of the technical role of HR;

• Communicating with leadership and delivering real value to the business.

The course will be taught by Professor Fernando Battestin, a specialist in People Management, who has solid experience in Human Resources, with a strong track record as a Business Partner. Throughout his career, he has contributed to transforming traditional practices into business-aligned strategies, promoting the connection between people and results.

All participants will receive an exclusive certificate upon completion of the Masterclass.
