ESEG Vice President participates in VDI-Brazil Country Managers Cluster meeting.

ESEG College, part of the Etapa Group, was represented by its vice-president, Vitor Passoni, at the second 2026 meeting of the Country Managers Cluster, an initiative promoted by VDI-Brasil (Brazilian-German Association of Engineers).

The event, which took place on June 22nd, brought together CEOs and executives from small and medium-sized enterprises in an agenda focused on sharing experiences, strengthening qualified networking, and discussing strategic topics for the corporate environment.

What is the Country Managers Cluster?

The Country Managers Cluster is an initiative of VDI-Brazil created to promote the exchange of knowledge among business leaders. Throughout the year, four meetings are held that provide participants with an up-to-date view of the economic landscape, market trends, and challenges impacting the management of organizations.

In addition to fostering connections between executives from different sectors, the meetings feature guest experts who present analyses on topics relevant to decision-making in companies.

In this edition, participants attended a lecture on the economic outlook led by André Matcin, senior economist at Itaú, as well as discussions on innovation and the application of Artificial Intelligence in business processes.
