ESEG, a college belonging to the Etapa Group, encourages research from the first semester of its courses. Students have the opportunity to conduct scientific initiation through interdisciplinary study groups, with the goal of bringing information and projects to the community that positively impact the population. Currently, there are six ESEG study groups: Applied Creativity; Economics and Finance; Entrepreneurship; Artificial Intelligence and Robotics; Logistics; and Sustainability.
Students in their second, third, and fourth semesters of Economics, Business Administration, and Production Engineering are part of the study group on Variable Income at the Center for Economics and Finance. As part of their research, Giovana Zanotti, Henrique Fonseca, Leonardo Justino, and Sophia Shin developed an infographic about Real Estate Investment Funds (REITs).
