On October 16th, ESEG College, part of the Etapa Group, held its 3rd Career Fair in the Main Hall of the Paraíso Campus. The event brought together students, alumni, and partner companies for an afternoon dedicated to employability, networking, and professional development.
During the program, participants were able to learn about and apply for internship and permanent positions, receive guidance on selection processes, and exchange experiences with experts and professionals in the market.
Among the companies present were Espaçolaser, Prometeon Tyre Group, Stefanini, Núcleo Engenharia Consultiva, Vezzi e Lapolla Sociedade de Advogados, Fundação Butantan, Companhia de Estágios, 7D Analytics Tecnologia, Nube, IFF, IEST, among others, all reinforcing the importance of creating valuable connections for the future of one's career.
One of the highlights of the event was the presence of Production Engineering graduates Matheus Ferreira and Leticia Ishikawa, now entrepreneurs at 7D Analytics Tecnologia, who returned to ESEG to share their experiences and inspire current students.
Matheus fondly recalled his journey: “I have great respect for ESEG, as it was a crucial part of my education. Here I developed my interest in mathematics and received a solid foundation in Production Engineering. This education was essential for my career, especially in the area of logistics. It is very gratifying to return and see how much the college has grown. ESEG pushes you upwards, it has a high standard that demands you be the best, and that's what the market demands. I am very happy to talk to the students and participate in this event,” said Matheus.
Letícia also highlighted the importance of the institution in her professional journey: “A movie played in my head. It’s difficult to choose a profession when you’re so young, there’s a lot of pressure. Coming back here as a professional allows me to help new students make their decisions with more confidence. ESEG made all the difference, not only for the content, but for the character formation, which impacts not only the academic environment, but life,” said the alumna.
For Simone Bortoletto, coordinator of the Career Development Center (CDC) at ESEG, events like this are fundamental to preparing students for the future. “A career begins during undergraduate studies. Bringing in large companies and providing real job opportunities and networking can transform the future of our students. Our job is to ensure they are ready to compete for their dream job, combining soft and hard skills to stand out among the best in the market,” said Simone.
The ESEG Career Fair is consolidating itself, with each edition, as a strategic space for reflection, learning, and real opportunities, reinforcing the institution's commitment to connecting academic training and the job market.
