Simula ESEG prepares students to impress recruiters.

O Career Development Center (CDC) The ESEG Faculty held another edition of [event name] on September 22nd and 23rd. Simulate ESEG, This initiative prepares students to face the challenges of the job market. With the theme "How to charm recruiters," the event included lectures, group activities, and practical exercises focused on employability, ranging from resume writing to interview techniques and networking strategies.

On the first day, the students participated in four practical activities with individual feedback led by Simone Bortoletto, coordinator of the CDC. She highlighted the importance of preparing for meetings, maintaining a professional demeanor, and having a well-structured resume, which are fundamental for those seeking internships or starting their careers. Each participant was able to introduce themselves and receive personalized guidance on posture and information presentation.

On the second day, the highlight was the workshop led by Gabriela Agostino de Lima, head of the internship program at Prometeon Tyre Group. The activity simulated real-life group work situations and emphasized skills increasingly valued by recruiters, such as collaboration, creative thinking, time management, and adaptability to change. For Prometeon—a global tire manufacturer operating in more than 150 countries—events like Simula ESEG strengthen the development of young talent.

Computer Engineering student Bruno Simcka Mosteck, in his second semester, reinforced the positive impact of the initiative. “I’m creating games to practice programming and also putting together a…” home lab, "It's a home server. Taking advantage of the opportunities offered by ESEG is fundamental to gaining practical experience and better preparing myself for the job market," said the student.

Combining theory and practice, Simula ESEG broadened students' perspectives on employability and connected them with Human Resources professionals and representatives from partner companies. Open to all ESEG College students, the event reinforced the institution's commitment to supporting the transition from academic life to the professional world, offering experiences that contribute to a solid and well-planned career.
