ESEG launches the "Accelerate Career: Build Your Next Step" program.“

A ESEG College, part of the Etapa Group, presents the program “Accelerate Career: build your next step”, developed by the Career Development Center (CDC) to support students in building solid and conscious professional trajectories.

The project combines workshops, practical reflections, and individual mentoring, promoting personal growth and the improvement of skills most in demand in the market.

The program, totaling 18 hours, will take place between March 5 and November 12, 2026, with weekly in-person meetings, always on Thursdays at 6 PM.

Students regularly enrolled in any undergraduate course at ESEG are eligible to participate, provided they have at least six months of experience in public or private companies and are seeking a permanent internship or professional promotion. A total of 20 positions will be offered.

The Career Accelerator program is structured in four complementary modules that guide participants from self-awareness to the consolidation of a concrete action plan for career growth:

Module 1 – Self-Knowledge and Career (3h)
Students explore their behavioral profiles, identify strengths and areas for development, build clear professional goals (based on the SMART method), and analyze the career environment using SWOT and GUT tools. At the end, each participant develops a structured career plan with short- and medium-term goals and practical actions.

Module 2 – Soft Skills for the Market (8 hours)
It focuses on developing essential skills for the professional environment, such as assertive communication, professional writing, time management, productivity, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and resilience.

Module 3 – Organizational Culture (4h)
It promotes reflection on the alignment between personal purpose and company purpose, the role of each employee in building the culture, and the relationship between individual and organizational values. Participants also learn to create behavioral indicators that reinforce the coherence between declared culture and lived culture.

Module 4 – Mentoring (3h)
To conclude the cycle, students go through a mentoring process with two follow-up meetings, as well as development feedback and the possibility of being recommended to partner companies through ESEG's talent pool.

It is worth noting that the program requires a minimum attendance of 75% and submission of activities within the established deadlines for full credit to be given. The student must be aware of this and committed to participating in the entire project. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate that can be used for continuing education credits.

Pre-registrations can be made between February 16 and 26, 2026, by filling out a specific form at this link. Successful candidates will be notified by email before the program begins.
