The 2nd Career Fair will take place from September 17th to 19th at ESEG.

Graduation is just the first step towards a successful and well-structured career. Therefore, with employability as one of its pillars, ESEG – Faculdade do Grupo Etapa, through its Career Development Center (CDC), is promoting the 2nd Career Fair, from September 17th to 19th.

With the theme "Building Futures, Connecting Talents," the event offers students and alumni the opportunity to interact directly with recruiting companies. This contact allows them to learn about company culture, clarify doubts, discover available opportunities, and participate in a series of lectures and debates that promote personal and professional development.

The Fair is also an opportunity for participants to connect with the job market, facilitating access to internship and permanent positions, networking opportunities, and lectures focused on professional development.

About the speakers:

Carina Gimenez
Drogaria São Paulo – Lawyer and Privacy Coordinator

Lawyer specializing in contracts and corporate governance/compliance (EPD 2020), MBA in Digital Law, LLM in LGPD and GDPR. Master's student in Law and Technology – Research Line – Sensitive and Common Personal Data. Co-author of the books: Law and Technology: A Multidisciplinary Debate 2nd and 3rd Editions.

 

Juliana Pereira Meyer
Riachuelo – Senior Product Manager 

Graduated in Marketing, with an MBA in Business Management. Professional with over 10 years of experience in retail, working in both offline and online markets. Focus on marketplaces, from prospecting manufacturer sellers and major brands, negotiation, contract formalization, onboarding, and also post-sales service. Specialist in the fashion segment, with a focus on footwear and accessories.

 

Lucas Colla – ESEG Graduate
Amazon - Transportation Manager

Graduated in Production Engineering from ESEG – Faculdade do Grupo Etapa and holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from USP. Experience in network planning. Implementation of Alibaba's domestic logistics operation in Brazil and a commercial solution for B2C operations focused on quality improvement and cost reduction. Over 12 years of experience in logistics, relationship management, and management of transport companies and multinational companies such as DHL, Mercado Livre, and Alibaba.

 

Pedro Rugai e Silva
Ifood – ALM & Corporate Finance Sr Coordinator

Bachelor's degree in Economics – FEA/USP-RP, Master's degree in Economics, Senior Coordinator of ALM & Corporate Finance at iFood. With 14 years of experience in the Financial Market, specializing in Trading Desk and Trading (foreign exchange, inflation, interest rates and commodities) and experience at companies such as Louis Dreyfus Commodities (LDC), Cargill, Banco Safra, Telefônica, and BRF.
