Faculdade ESEG, do Grupo Etapa, doravante denominado SITE, \u00e9 um site educacional, utilizado para fins pedag\u00f3gicos no complemento de atividades voltado para os alunos.<\/p><p>Por meio deste documento, a ESEG lhe informa os Termos e Condi\u00e7\u00f5es que regem o uso e navega\u00e7\u00e3o do SITE. Ao acessar e ao se utilizar dos mesmos, voc\u00ea estar\u00e1 concordando com todas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es e cl\u00e1usulas aqui dispostas, as quais seguem abaixo:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dbe5846 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dbe5846\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Das Informa\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a1e473 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7a1e473\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>2.1 O SITE envidar\u00e1 os melhores esfor\u00e7os no sentido de manter as informa\u00e7\u00f5es e materiais precisos, atualizados e completos quanto poss\u00edvel.<\/p><p>2.2 Procuramos assegurar que as informa\u00e7\u00f5es fornecidas sejam corretas, completas e atuais.<\/p><p>2.3 A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do material por n\u00f3s publicado \u00e9 de inteira responsabilidade do USU\u00c1RIO, respondendo este, conforme legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente, por qualquer uso indevido.<\/p><p>2.4 As informa\u00e7\u00f5es contidas neste SITE poder\u00e3o ser atualizadas ou modificadas periodicamente, por conseguinte, as mesmas n\u00e3o devem ser interpretadas como definitivas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc2d817 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fc2d817\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Da Propriedade Intelectual<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2061954 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2061954\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>3.1 Os textos, fotografias, imagens, logomarcas e sons presentes no SITE se encontram protegidos por direitos autorais ou outros direitos de propriedade intelectual.<\/p><p>3.2 O simples acesso ao SITE n\u00e3o confere ao USU\u00c1RIO qualquer direito de uso dos nomes, t\u00edtulos, palavras, frases, marcas, patentes, obras liter\u00e1rias, art\u00edsticas, l\u00edtero-musicais, dentre outras, que nele estejam, ou estiveram, dispon\u00edveis.<\/p><p>3.3 As informa\u00e7\u00f5es contidas no SITE s\u00e3o \u00fanica e exclusivamente para fins educacionais e de suporte \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos estudantes.<\/p><p>3.4 \u00c9 proibida a reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o, distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, transmiss\u00e3o, exibi\u00e7\u00e3o, publica\u00e7\u00e3o ou divulga\u00e7\u00e3o, total ou parcial, dos textos, figuras, gr\u00e1ficos e demais conte\u00fados descritos anteriormente, que comp\u00f5em o presente SITE, sem pr\u00e9via e expressa autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da ESEG, sendo permitida somente a impress\u00e3o de c\u00f3pias para uso acad\u00eamico e arquivo pessoal, sem que sejam separadas as partes, permitindo dar o fiel e real entendimento de seu conte\u00fado e objetivo. Em hip\u00f3tese alguma o USU\u00c1RIO adquirir\u00e1 quaisquer direitos sobre os mesmos.<\/p><p>3.5 O USU\u00c1RIO assume toda e qualquer responsabilidade, de car\u00e1ter civil e\/ou criminal, pela utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o indevida das informa\u00e7\u00f5es, textos, gr\u00e1ficos, marcas, obras, enfim, todo e qualquer direito de propriedade intelectual ou industrial deste Site.<\/p><p>3.6 Qualquer cita\u00e7\u00e3o de conte\u00fados deste SITE deve mencionar como fonte: Site ESEG &#8211; Faculdade do Grupo<span translate=\"no\">\u00a0Etapa<\/span>.<\/p><p>3.7 O USU\u00c1RIO dever\u00e1 observar fielmente o conte\u00fado e a finalidade a que se destina o material autorizado para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o sendo permitida qualquer altera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>3.8 A autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do material solicitado n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser transferida a terceiros, mesmo que vinculados ao USU\u00c1RIO por alguma raz\u00e3o.<\/p><p>3.9 A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais disponibilizados no SITE n\u00e3o autoriza o USU\u00c1RIO a expor terceiros ao rid\u00edculo, criar uma obra de car\u00e1ter ilegal, difamat\u00f3ria, obscena ou imoral, que possa violar a moral e os bons costumes, sob pena de arcar com as penalidades aplic\u00e1veis pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente.<\/p><p>3.10 Qualquer utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o contemplada na presente licen\u00e7a ser\u00e1 considerada como uma viola\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos de autor e sujeita \u00e0s san\u00e7\u00f5es cab\u00edveis na Lei 9.610, de 19 de fevereiro de 1998, que protege os direitos autorais no Brasil.<\/p><p>3.11 O USU\u00c1RIO autoriza ao SITE, por tempo indeterminado e n\u00e3o exclusivo, o uso de todo material publicado por ele no ambiente virtual de aprendizagem, incluindo, mas n\u00e3o se limitando, a chats, f\u00f3runs, videoconfer\u00eancias e outros, bem como o uso de sua imagem resultado das atividades, mesmo ap\u00f3s o termino de seu curso, quando aluno, ou de seu v\u00ednculo com a institui\u00e7\u00e3o, quando professor ou mantenedor de escolas coligadas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d9a8760 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d9a8760\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Dos Links<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f19a681 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f19a681\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>4.1 O SITE permite que seus USU\u00c1RIOS publiquem links nas comunica\u00e7\u00f5es, sendo que o SITE n\u00e3o se responsabiliza por qualquer link que remeta a sites e conte\u00fados externos da rede da ESEG.<\/p><p>4.2 O SITE n\u00e3o se responsabiliza tamb\u00e9m por atos praticados por USU\u00c1RIO que tenham por base informa\u00e7\u00f5es obtidas nos links, bem como pelo conte\u00fado nem pelas pol\u00edticas e pr\u00e1ticas de privacidade dos Portais que apontam para o nosso SITE e daqueles os quais apontamos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bbae732 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bbae732\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Das Responsabilidades<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5aaf3e2 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5aaf3e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>5.1 Fora outras responsabilidades aqui previstas ou existentes em virtude da lei, o usu\u00e1rio \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel em: (i) providenciar o seu pr\u00f3prio acesso \u00e0 Internet e pagar todas as taxas de servi\u00e7o eventualmente cobradas por terceiros com rela\u00e7\u00e3o a tal acesso; (ii) providenciar todo o equipamento necess\u00e1rio para efetuar sua conex\u00e3o \u00e0 Internet, incluindo, mas n\u00e3o se limitando, a um computador e um modem; (iii) manter o ambiente de seu computador seguro, com uso de ferramentas dispon\u00edveis como antiv\u00edrus e firewall, entre outras, atualizadas; e (iv) n\u00e3o fazer uso indevido do material autorizado que possa infringir o direito de terceiros.<\/p><p>5.2 O USU\u00c1RIO \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por fornecer informa\u00e7\u00f5es verdadeiras, exatas, atuais e completas sobre si mesmo quando do registro no formul\u00e1rio espec\u00edfico para acesso a determinados servi\u00e7os, bem como conservar e atualizar imediatamente tais informa\u00e7\u00f5es de Registro para mant\u00ea-las verdadeiras, exatas, atuais e completas.<\/p><p>5.3 \u00c9 de inteira responsabilidade do USU\u00c1RIO alterar a senha padr\u00e3o no seu primeiro acesso e utilizar senha forte, bem como n\u00e3o divulg\u00e1-la, zelando por sua seguran\u00e7a.<\/p><p>5.4 \u00c9 de responsabilidade do USU\u00c1RIO a conduta condizente com o ambiente virtual de aprendizagem, nos preceitos da \u00e9tica e cidadania, mantendo assim o equil\u00edbrio das rela\u00e7\u00f5es sem o cometimento de crimes e infra\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>5.5 Quaisquer infra\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9ticas e legais ocorridas no SITE ser\u00e3o objeto de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, responsabilizando seu autor nas consequ\u00eancias do processo disciplinar da ESEG e legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente.<\/p><p>5.6 O USU\u00c1RIO \u00e9 o \u00fanico respons\u00e1vel pelos conte\u00fados por ele publicados, comprometendo-se a n\u00e3o publicar conte\u00fados que infrinjam direitos de terceiros ou caracterize il\u00edcito penal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51c5876 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"51c5876\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Da Privacidade<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56410eb elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"56410eb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>6.1 O presente Termo abrange o tratamento que o SITE d\u00e1 \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es capazes de identificar os USU\u00c1RIOS, sejam as coletadas diretamente em seu SITE, sejam as armazenadas em suas bases de dados eletr\u00f4nicos por outros meios de coleta.<\/p><p>6.2 O SITE poder\u00e1 fornecer acesso a links para outros sites externos cujos conte\u00fados e Pol\u00edticas de Privacidade e Seguran\u00e7a da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o s\u00e3o de sua responsabilidade. Assim, recomendamos aos USU\u00c1RIOS que, ao serem redirecionados para links externos, consultem sempre as respectivas Pol\u00edticas de Privacidade antes de fornecer seus dados ou informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>6.3 O SITE poder\u00e1 a qualquer momento coletar informa\u00e7\u00f5es de acesso e registros de navega\u00e7\u00e3o e IPs dos USU\u00c1RIOS, para fins de comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de participa\u00e7\u00e3o nas atividades.<\/p><p>6.4 O acesso \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es coletadas \u00e9 restrito aos funcion\u00e1rios e pessoas autorizadas.
