En la reuni\u00f3n, expertos del mercado analizaron renta fija, fondos de inversi\u00f3n inmobiliaria y renta variable. Los participantes aprendieron sobre la importancia de la diversificaci\u00f3n en las inversiones para planificar una cartera que se ajuste a sus objetivos individuales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eseg.edu.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/legacy-inline-82a2dd014e63cb0d-1.jpg\" style=\"width: 50%\" data-filename=\"jovens_investidores_01.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>El primer ponente fue Antonio Pizarro, especialista en renta fija con m\u00e1s de 25 a\u00f1os de experiencia en el mercado financiero. Pizarro defendi\u00f3 la importancia de comprender los diferentes tipos de productos que se ofrecen para diversificar las inversiones y aumentar la rentabilidad. \u201cUn certificado de dep\u00f3sito (CDB), por ejemplo, es tan seguro como una cuenta de ahorros y ofrece mayores rendimientos\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Pizarro.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, Artur Losnak habl\u00f3 con el p\u00fablico sobre los fondos de inversi\u00f3n inmobiliaria. Losnak, gestor de cartera con certificaciones CFA, CNPI, CGA y CPA-20, explic\u00f3 c\u00f3mo obtener una buena rentabilidad invirtiendo en productos con riesgo controlado. Para quienes planean comenzar a invertir, es fundamental saber c\u00f3mo equilibrar los riesgos y la rentabilidad deseada en cada tipo de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para concluir el programa de conferencias, Luiz Fernando Roxo explic\u00f3 algunos aspectos del funcionamiento de las inversiones de renta variable. Roxo, economista y gestor de carteras de inversi\u00f3n autorizado por la CVM (Comisi\u00f3n de Valores y Bolsa de Brasil), hizo hincapi\u00e9 en la importancia del estudio y la actualizaci\u00f3n constantes para maximizar la rentabilidad. Utilizando conceptos desarrollados por el estad\u00edstico y analista de riesgos Nassim Taleb, Roxo describi\u00f3 las habilidades necesarias para invertir con \u00e9xito en el mercado burs\u00e1til.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eseg.edu.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/legacy-inline-24be5fbaa040a74b-1.jpg\" style=\"width: 50%\" data-filename=\"jovens_investidores_02.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, se llev\u00f3 a cabo un debate moderado por el profesor Pablo Ganassim, matem\u00e1tico, educador financiero y docente de ESEG. El p\u00fablico pudo aclarar dudas y buscar orientaci\u00f3n sobre el tema. El conocimiento de las finanzas es el primer paso para administrar el dinero de manera m\u00e1s eficiente, evitar gastos innecesarios y optimizar el presupuesto.
