Accountability:<\/strong> To perform duties diligently, taking responsibility for actions and omissions, providing clear and understandable accounts, and recognizing the impact on stakeholders and the environment.<\/p>\n

Sustainability:<\/strong> To guarantee the economic and financial viability of the organization, reduce negative impacts and increase positive ones, considering various capital sources in a short, medium and long-term horizon, strengthening responsibility towards society and ecosystems.<\/p>\n

What is compliance?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Compliance, in turn, refers to adherence to the laws and regulations that apply to an organization.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This involves not only strict adherence to current legislation, but also adherence to internal standards of conduct and norms.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The goal of compliance is to ensure that the company and its employees act with integrity, observing legal and ethical aspects, to avoid risks that could compromise the company.<\/p>\n

It covers diverse areas, such as tax, labor, environmental, safety, competition, and data protection regulations, and requires the implementation of appropriate policies and procedures, as well as continuous monitoring to ensure that all obligations are met.<\/p>\n
