In September 2024, Flavia chose to pursue the Master of Science in Business Strategy & Consulting<\/i> at Audincia Business School<\/b>. Between classes, projects, and the routine of living in a new country, she discovered much more than advanced strategy and consulting techniques. "I was always afraid to live abroad. I kept waiting for the right moment, until I realized that it doesn't exist," she says.<\/p>\n
Living internationally brought challenges, from solving problems in another language to dealing with unexpected situations without a close support network. However, it was precisely these obstacles that fostered her maturity and autonomy.<\/p>\n
Contact with different cultures and observation of how other societies use technologies, such as artificial intelligence, They further enriched the training.<\/b>. "Being older than average, I ended up having more opportunities to lead the team, which made me grow a lot as a professional," she reports.<\/p>\n
Back in Brazil, Flavia balances the start of a new job with the final stage of presenting her thesis, which is being done remotely. "I don't regret this journey at all. On the contrary: it was a really great and super enriching experience," emphasizes the graduate.<\/p>\n
