With the central theme focused on <b>Leadership<\/b> e <b>Professional Career<\/b>, The lecture provided a strategic perspective on how a leader&#039;s essential skills need to adapt to the changing market landscape.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>With over 30 years of experience, \u00c2ngela shared lessons learned from her solid journey, which led her to become the first woman to hold the top position at Brasilprev. The executive not only addressed the challenges of her career and the importance of determination, but also issued a crucial warning about Brazil&#039;s demographic future.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201c&quot;It is with great joy that I come today to talk about careers, and actions like this bring students closer to the job market through our experiences, mistakes, and successes. I am very happy to be able to speak about such an important topic for the future of our country,&quot; emphasizes the speaker.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>One of the highlights of the presentation was the analysis of population longevity. According to \u00c2ngela, &quot;looking at longevity is leading the future.&quot; The leader presented data demonstrating the aging of the Brazilian population, a factor that imposes new challenges and demands strategic preparation from the country and its professionals.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The CEO emphasized that, with a longer-living society, the portion of the population that supports both parents and children is growing, a phenomenon known as the &quot;generational sandwich.&quot; This necessitates new factors such as dietary habits, health plans, the job market, and especially social security, which will have even greater importance in the economy and in management decisions.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The lecture emphasized that, in an aging country, valuing the older age group and understanding this new social landscape are essential for development.
