With each edition, they demonstrate commitment to supporting the development of micro-entrepreneurs in the region and apply, in practice, what they learn in the classroom.\u201d.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/>Upon arrival at the event, guests were greeted with a welcome kit and were able to explore the ESEG campus. In the entrance hall, kiosks from invited micro-enterprises showcased products and services, inspiring visitors and demonstrating the potential of local entrepreneurship in practice.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/>Before the opening, the professor <b>Mauricio Nakahodo<\/b>, who is also responsible for the subject, praised the students&#039; commitment, who dedicated themselves to the organization and experienced real learning. &quot;The event is a unique opportunity for professional experience, not only because of the lecture, but also because of the workshops and the exchange with the guests. It&#039;s a practical experience of great value,&quot; the professor highlighted.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/><b>Lecture: Personal and Business Finance<br \/><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/>The program began with the lecture &quot;How to separate personal finances from your company&#039;s finances,&quot; led by Lupa Barros, a financial planning specialist invited by the students.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/>During her presentation, Lupa shared her journey: trained as an architect, she faced financial difficulties until she decided to &quot;get her house in order&quot; and dedicate herself to studying finance, later creating a consultancy focused on small entrepreneurs.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/>She presented practical and accessible tips, highlighting topics such as financial analysis and management, the benefits of organization, and the importance of maintaining a reserve. &quot;My purpose is to help micro-entrepreneurs better organize their personal and business finances and, thus, gain more clarity to grow sustainably,&quot; Lupa stated.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/>For the student <b>Alana Silva<\/b>, According to the Business Administration student, the experience of organizing an event was smooth, thanks to the support received from the professors. &quot;With the guidance we received, we were able to plan everything calmly. It was a very enriching learning experience, especially since we were directly involved in managing a real event,&quot; she noted.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/>At the end of the presentation, a question-and-answer session fostered a close dialogue between the audience and the speaker, allowing them to clarify doubts and exchange experiences about the challenges of entrepreneurial life.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/><b>Breakfast with a taste of entrepreneurship.<br \/><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/>After the lecture, participants were invited to a special breakfast prepared by LM Eventos Corporativos &amp; Sociais, a company founded by Guilherme Moreno, a Production Engineering student at ESEG.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/>His career path was presented in the project. <a href=\"https:\/\/eseg.edu.br\/en\/home\/news\/single\/professional-journey-of-a-production-engineering-student-combines-leadership-and-entrepreneurship-in-their-career\/\" target=\"_blank\"><u>Professional Journey<\/u><\/a>, ...and their participation in this edition symbolized the link between academic learning and market practice. \u201cLast year I participated as a guest, and this year I returned in another role, with great pride. We opened the <i>buffet <\/i>&quot;I started in 2023, and today I&#039;m applying what I learned in the entrepreneurship courses during my Production Engineering program to the company. It&#039;s gratifying to see this cycle come to fruition,&quot; said Guilherme, emotionally.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/><b>Themed workshops<br \/><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/>The second part of the event featured <b>simultaneous workshops<\/b>, taught by guests with different specialties:<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/>\u2013 <b>Pricing<\/b>with Reginaldo Aparecido from SEBRAE<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">\u2013 <b>Marketing and Sales<\/b>with Giovanna Cechetto, Marketing specialist<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">\u2013 <b>Boost your small business with AI.<\/b>Rafael Budaibes, professor at ESEG<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/>In each workshop, participants were able to learn about practical strategies and tools, with real-world case studies and examples from everyday business environments.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/><b>Closing remarks and lessons learned.<br \/><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/>The event concluded with a celebratory ceremony, raffles, and a lively photo session with the participants.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/>The Economics student, <b>Nicolle Baskauskas<\/b>, highlighted the lessons learned from the project. \u201cIt was a great challenge, both in terms of organization and learning. Taking care of all the stages made us grow a lot, observing other groups, networking, and creating solutions for each challenge that arose,\u201d she emphasized.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><br \/>Already <b>Lorena Sayuri<\/b>, a Business Administration student, emphasized how incredible the event organizers&#039; participation was: \u201cThis experience was one that contributed greatly to our personal and professional development.
