Already employed as a Young Apprentice at Unifisa Administradora Nacional de Cons\u00f3rcios, Kaiky decided to invest in his career and began his undergraduate studies in July 2022.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">However, despite high expectations, the student encountered some additional challenges during the first semester with the change in routine, having to balance professional and academic life.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Faced with this new scenario, Kaiky relied on the assistance of the Career Development Center (CDC), a sector that is part of the Student Support area at ESEG and promotes initiatives that aim not only at academic improvement, but also at welcoming and encouraging the discovery of each student&#039;s potential.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">\u201c&quot;Without a doubt, the CDC played a significant role in assisting me on this journey, not only strengthening my intellectual knowledge but also preparing me to face adversity in both the professional and academic fields,&quot; the student stated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Given the uncertainties of balancing her studies with her professional obligations, the conversations and guidance she received through the CDC&#039;s initiatives were crucial in enabling her to make appropriate decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Thus, by combining a desire to learn, the humility to understand that learning comes with time, and perseverance, Kaiky managed to balance his tasks and even achieved a permanent position at the company where he works, currently as part of the Sales Administration team.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">According to the student himself, ESEG was a fundamental part of this achievement process, as the college prepares him to face the adversities of the professional world through the experiences and knowledge he acquires in the course.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">\u201cESEG has provided me with the daily opportunity to develop my analytical and critical thinking skills through the study of macroeconomic analysis.
