The graduation ceremony for the first semester of 2023 brought together family and friends to celebrate this important achievement in Auditorium J3, on the Ana Rosa Campus.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>O evento teve a condu\u00e7\u00e3o do mestre de cerim\u00f4nia&nbsp;Angelo Vieira e contou com a presen\u00e7a de professores e colaboradores da institui\u00e7\u00e3o. Estiveram na mesa solene o diretor acad\u00eamico Prof. Dimas Ferreira; o coordenador de Engenharia de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o, Prof. Me. Marcelo Dias; o coordenador de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, Prof. Dr. Jos\u00e9 Guilherme Ferraz; o paraninfo de Engenharia de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o, Prof. Dr. Fernando Jardim; e a paraninfa de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, Profa. Me. Melissa Schleich.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Academic director Dimas Alberto Ferreira began the solemn graduation ceremony, and immediately afterwards, the class speakers Leonardo Justino and Lorena Colombo gave speeches about the significance of the moment and the emotion of completing another stage in their lives.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Leonardo spoke about the importance of friendship and the challenges that graduation brought. \u201cToday, we look back and are proud of how much we have grown as individuals and as a group. The friendships we made, the challenges we overcame together, and the experiences we shared shaped who we are today. But this is just the beginning. Now is the time to apply all the knowledge and skills we have acquired to make a difference in the business world,\u201d he emphasized.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Lorena spoke about the lasting memories and the challenges that await them. \u201cThe time has come to move forward, each of us forging our own path. Let us look back with gratitude and to the future with hope. The lessons we learned, the challenges we overcame, and the friendships we built are treasures we will always carry with us. Today we say goodbye to a time that marked our lives. ESEG and this incredible class will be missed in our hearts. Congratulations on achieving this great feat! May our paths cross again and may our journeys continue to inspire and shape a better world,\u201d she stated.<\/div>\n<div><\/p>\n<div>Logo ap\u00f3s, foi a vez dos orgulhosos professores Melissa Schleich e Fernando Jardim falarem sobre os anos que passaram com os alunos, os ensinamentos, as dificuldades e as conquistas de cada uma das turmas. E coube ao formando, Vinicius Minero,&nbsp;fazer a homenagem aos mestres e a todos aqueles que os inspiraram nessa jornada acad\u00eamica.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>N\u00e3o faltaram as homenagens tamb\u00e9m \u00e0queles que compartilharam os anos em sala de aula: a Profa. Me. Melissa Schleich foi homenageada do curso de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, o Prof. Me. Edgard Rodrigues foi reconhecido no curso de Engenharia de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o e o&nbsp;Sr. Jaime Bertrando Croppo, da \u00e1rea de Secretaria, foi o funcion\u00e1rio homenageado pela turma.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Em um dos momentos de maior emo\u00e7\u00e3o, com direito a rosas e l\u00e1grimas, a agora engenheira Patr\u00edcia Braga fez uma linda homenagem aos pais. &#8220;Quero come\u00e7ar expressando a nossa profunda gratid\u00e3o a voc\u00eas, pais. Voc\u00eas foram os nossos primeiros professores, aqueles que nos ensinaram&nbsp;os valores fundamentais da vida, como o amor, a perseveran\u00e7a e a&nbsp;honestidade. Voc\u00eas sacrificaram tanto para nos proporcionar as melhores oportunidades e por isso somos eternamente gratos. Hoje \u00e9 uma celebra\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;da sua dedica\u00e7\u00e3o tanto quanto a nossa. Foram voc\u00eas que nos incentivaram&nbsp;a sonhar e nos deram asas para voar. Se hoje estamos aqui, \u00e9 porque&nbsp;voc\u00eas acreditaram em n\u00f3s, nos apoiaram e nos deram o suporte necess\u00e1rio&nbsp;para alcan\u00e7ar este momento&#8221;, declarou.<\/p>\n<p>Before the diplomas were awarded, graduate Eliseu do Esp\u00edrito Santo read the Administration oath and graduate Daiany Fran\u00e7oso Barbosa read the Production Engineering oath.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, with diplomas in hand, the traditional ESEG awards were presented to the graduates. In the Business Administration course, the award for best Graduation Project went to Henrique Costa da Fonseca, and the honoree for best Academic Performance was Leonardo Siqueira Duarte Justino. In Production Engineering, the award for best Graduation Project went to Natalie Shizue Nagata, and the Academic Highlight award went to Lorena Colombo de Almeida Santos.<\/p><\/div>\n<div>Closing the ceremony, the academic director of ESEG, Professor Dimas Ferreira, once again congratulated the graduates, encouraging them to face life with dedication and confidence to positively impact the world. \u201cWe believe in you and are extremely proud of each achievement. Congratulations to the Business Administration and Production Engineering graduates of ESEG.
