An electronics engineer graduated from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA), with experience in companies in Brazil and abroad, Jairo presented the lecture &quot;Management for transformation: agenda in scenarios of exponential change&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;\u201cCompanies need to be aware of trends to avoid crises caused by changes in consumption patterns.
