ESEG \u2013 the School of Engineering and Management \u2013 will host a lecture by Professor Fernando Louzada, a visiting professor in the Department of Psychology at Harvard University and a researcher in the field of Neuroscience and Behavior. The institution proposes a discussion about the adolescent brain, its vulnerabilities and opportunities. During the event, Louzada will present results from years of research, demonstrating how Neuroscience can be an ally to students and parents in the learning process, serving as a tool for organization, discipline, motivation, sleep management, and resilience.<\/p>\n

Louzada studies the relationships between sleep, learning, and academic performance. Beyond the curriculum and pedagogical project, studies in this area demonstrate that biological rhythms play a significant role in the process of content assimilation.
